Conditions for participating
All tours and courses require good health and equipment that is in accordance with CE standards. A good physical condition is needed and will make the experience more enjoyable for the participants.
Minimum number of participants
A tour can also be carried out with less participants than the specified minimum, provided that all participants agree to pay a surcharge.
If the tour is cancelled due to bad weather or snow conditions, there are no costs for the participant. If the participant needs to cancel a tour for any reason, we ask to please inform us as soon as possible.
Cancellation costs are as follows for 1 and 2 day tours: 14 days before course begin CHF 80.- (minimum), 14 to 4 days before course begin 50% of the course costs and 3 days before course begin 100% of the course costs will be charged. We recommend that all participants have a cancellation insurance.
The tour will be carried out by all weather conditions, if possible. For safety reasons, the mountain guide reserves the right to change the route or the area due to bad weather, unsafe snow conditions or if the route is too difficult for the participants.
Any additional costs will be charged to the guest. The participant declares his agreement with his booking of the tour.
The costs include the guiding costs of tours or events, excluding overnight stays, meals, transports on ski lifts or trains and rental equipment.
VAT is not included in our prices for sales subject to VAT.
The payment is due after the tour or event. It can be paid in cash or 30 days after receiving the invoice.
A sufficient accident and health insurance is the responsibility of the participant.
We also recommend cancellation insurance.
Photos and films
During tours, photos and films will be taken by us and participants on which you may be recognizable. As a participant, you agree to allow Muntognas to use these images. It is your obligation to inform us if you do not agree to this.
Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for any disputes is Disentis/Mustèr. Furthermore, apply the contractual conditions of the Schweizer Bergführerverband.
