Steep Skiing Course

Back to the menu

Is your off-piste skiing technique solid and are you ready to take the next step? Have you always wanted to ski down a couloir but aren’t quite sure how to go about it? In our steep skiing course, we’ll show you what matters most on steep terrain – from route planning and assessing conditions to the correct technique in a couloir.

Together, we’ll ski selected couloirs and focus on the key factors: What are the prerequisites? How do you assess the snow and terrain? How do you find the right line? And how do you execute your first controlled jump turns on steep terrain safely and efficiently? Depending on the tour, this may also include techniques such as abseiling into a couloir and the safe handling of the relevant equipment.

Ready for the next step? Then venture into steep terrain with us and learn to ski couloirs with technique, control and the necessary know-how.
